| FRACTIONAL OWNERSHIP, TIME SHARE AND PURCHASE FOR CHARTER April 1, 2006 |

INTRODUCTION
After having reviewed, over time, the increased activity relative to alternative ownership potentials in both the Real Estate and the Yachting Industry, I have chosen to create this vehicle for both those interested in purchasing fractional, time shares as well as provide a re source for operators/developers to present their products. This section of my site will be treated on a referral basis for all parties. It is my intention to work within the realm of qualified offerings and customers where I am comfortable referring either way. Being in the Catamaran Industry, primarily, the listings that you will find are going to be driven toward those interested in catamarans, though selectively I will consider mono-hulls as well as real estate. Why these alternatives? There will always be that group of yachtsmen who will own yachts privately and commercially for their own personal/corporate satisfaction. I applaud them and look forward to working with those individuals in finding the right yacht to meet their specific needs!! What we are finding though is that the cost of ownership continues to spiral as Marina properties turn toward Real Estate developers, insurance costs continue to increase in attempts to cover losses due to over active hurricane seasons and potential owners find that they have less and less time available to manage the requirements of yacht ownership and still have the time for owner usage. With this in mind, for those who wish to explore this alternative I am going to break the offering into specific groups. FRACTIONAL OWNERSHIP
1. COSTS, generally each fractional program consists of Capital Cost, monthly maintenance and management as well as potential variable costs typically related to usage, i.e. fuel, transient dockage, provisioning, possibly the Captain depending on the yacht and size. Ownership is generally in shares of an LLC and usually has an end of term date where the vessel is sold and residual returns are distributed back to the shareholders. Each program identifies the number of shares per the LLC agreement, this can vary from typically (4) to as many as (10) based on yacht size. 2. USAGE, this will vary depending on the number of shares, downtime for maintenance and delivery time if to be operated out of multiple locations, usually established in the offerings. Usage in some arrangements may be sold for income where a charter opportunity exists within the program. 3. LOCATIONS, typically pre-defined for booking purposes by the owners. 4. YACHT TYPE, Typically new yachts, though there are the possibilities of a used yacht where there is an agreed upon Fractional opportunity to present. As noted above I am focusing the opportunities primarily around the Catamaran Marketplace. These are the basics. Each offering needs to be considered in detail in that very few are operated in the same fashion. There are potential finance options, there is the potential of tax advantages. Each must be taken into consideration separately and legal and tax advise is recommended in any case prior to proceeding to any purchase. In that the trick is to fill a complete yacht by the parameters of the offering, most offerings are presented without an ordered or pre-purchased yacht, therefore refundable deposits, time dated are often taken be sure that these terms are understood and what the requirements are once a complete group of shareholders have been assembled. In the following page of offerings of the Fractional Ownership section it will be broken up into sections. Qualified offerings of current Fractional programs and secondly a list of current poten tial owners interested in a specific program. The objective of the second list is to develop a working list of individuals who by example would be willing to purchase a share of a Lagoon 500 Catamaran where they would be willing to purchase up to 25% of this yacht if operated out of the following locations. With this tool the idea would be to find the minimum three additional participants with out having to place an option deposit with any particular company. TIME SHARES For those of you who really would just prefer to skip the whole ownership issue and just pre-pay for the opportunity to enjoy primarily the sea knowing the costs going forward, there is a unique opportunity to buy usage at substantially less cost than to simply charter. Through an affiliate I can offer a very flexible offering that will allow you usage in a multiple number of locations to include the Grenadines, the British Virgin Islands, St Martin and soon the Bahamas. This time is available on a per cabin basis, where one has the choice of either a Lagoon Power 43 or a Lagoon 440 fully crewed and provisioned on a per week basis. An all inclusive luxury yacht charter. These memberships are sold for as little as $5300 for three weeks worth of cabin time available over a 6 year period, to a Full Yacht Member for as little as $44,700 for 36 weeks over 12 years. If you are social and want to experience a number of places? That’s right 36 separate Island Weeks enjoying lovely Islands and crystal clear Seas over the next 12 years. Want a more personal opportunity to enjoy family and friends? There are 3 cabins available per charter where one additional is for that crew who will take you out on a wonderful itinerary at a number of locations where leave the cooking to them. Taking this venue that’s one full week a year available for the next 12 years enjoying family and friends. Do the math, it is a wonderful opportunity at a very reasonable per cabin berth price. As with the fractionals there are minimal costs attached from initial capital, to maintenance fees and variable costs to include provisioning etc. Here is where it gets even more interesting. Memberships further include exchange poten tials in landside resort and cruise ship options expanding membership usage in a variety of wonderful choices. PURCHASE FOR CHARTER I have dedicated a percentage of this existing website to purchase for charter opportunities under a more traditional yacht m anagement concept therefore I will not get redundant, please refer to those existing pages. What I will add is that there is a great opportunity, if one is so inclined, to become an owner in the above mentioned time share program where you can take advantage of the logic of traditional purchase for charter concepts within the time share framework. There is availability in purchasing a Lagoon Power Cat 43 or a Lagoon 440 and placing her in this fleet. That offers liberal owners usage over a term period with the same opportunities as a Full Member as well as a fixed return to the owner on a monthly basis. This varies from our standard percentage program in that this is a no monthly expense, fixed income payment back to you concept owning a luxury crewed yacht, not in a bareboat environment. SUMMARY As you can see yacht ownership and or usage has just been expanded into a number of choices all dedicated to allowing you to experience time on the water. Experience a number of locations without necessarily having to take on the responsibility of full yacht ownership to include the issues of maintaining and managing your own yacht.
